Picnic Gazebo Reservations
Availability of Gazebos
Reserve a covered picnic gazebo for your next party or gathering! Covered picnic gazebos are available at:
• Alterra Park
• Butterfield Park
• Crossroads Park
• Danbury Park
• English Springs Park
• Fairfield Ranch Park
• Grand Avenue Park
• Vellano Park
Requirements for Gazebo Reservations
• All reservations can be made on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be made at Founders Recreation Center, 2000 Founders Drive or at City Hall, 14000 City Center Drive.
• All other City parks with picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-serve basis with no reservation required.
• Chino Hills residents can make reservations up to 90 days in advance. Should the 90th day fall on a weekend, reservations can be made the Monday after the weekend at 7:30 a.m.
• Chino Hills residents may reserve a gazebo for one 3-hour block of time within a 72-hour period. Chino Hills residents receive their first three hours for free, and are subject to a $25 per hour fee for additional hour(s) of time.
• Non-residents can make a reservation up to 30 days in advance.
• Non-residents reserving any period of time are subject to pay the $25/hr. non-refundable fee at the time of gazebo reservation.
• Holiday reservations are accepted.
Reservation Times
• 7:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.
• 10:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
• 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (May 1 – September 30 only)
Time segments cannot be changed unless applicant pays a $25/hr. non-refundable fee for outside time outside posted blocks of time.
